By stating that we honor Christ above all else recognizes His ownership of this ministry and our responsibility as stewards. As stewards we are to care for the Master’s property until such time as the Master returns for the property. This means that we are to always be conducting ourselves and the ministry in accordance with biblical principles and directives. This Core Value dictates that all relationships and activities within and outside this organization are to be done from the viewpoint that Christ is standing there with us, observing how we are conducting ourselves and the activities of the ministry. In order to honor God through leadership, it is required that all board members and staff have had a life-changing salvation experience and are continually growing in their walk with Christ.

God has already modeled for us that relationship is paramount to Him. John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.” This models for us that relationship with others and with our Lord and Savior is of utmost importance to each of us as individuals and to the ministry as a whole.
Our seminars, roundtable discussion groups and coaching programs are all designed to be highly relational, focusing on the person more than the process.
In ministry, as in all walks of life, there will be times when relationships are in some state of conflict. When this occurs, of utmost importance is the restoration of the relationship, far more important than any other ministry work that we might have opportunity to do with an individual or organization. We will follow the guidelines found in Matthew 18:15-18 to resolve any conflicts

Innovation designates activity while creativity implies thinking. Ministry Funding Solutions exists not just to be creative in problem solving, but also to be an active partner in moving from idea creation to innovation and increased productivity in fundraising activities and results. It is imperative that within Solutions we have an atmosphere of innovation within our own organization so that we can serve as a model to others. Many of the tools and ideas that we transfer to others find their birth in our own organization.

We believe that if God has clearly chosen you for the ministry you are doing, then He has also already funded it for you. Isn't that great news?
